DIGITAL PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ONLY
All of our products are made to order. Therefore, please keep the below time frames in mind when ordering. Also, note that some packages may ship separately but a tracking number will still be provided to the email address on file. Please double check that your billing, shipping, and cart information is correct. We are unable to make any changes once an order is submitted. If you need to cancel an order, email us within 24 hours.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@GabbyBearDesigns.com.
Sale Items
All sales are final.
Refunds
No refunds on any physical or digital products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital products are not refundable or returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
